Media Makers Design Studio Designs Marketing Campaign for Putnam County Breast Cancer Walk
BARBOURSVILLE, WV - Media Makers Design Studio has been chosen by the American Cancer Society to assist with the advertising and marketing for the 3rd Annual Putnam County Breast Cancer Walk. The Putnam County Breast Cancer Walk, has experienced a lower than expected turnout in the past two years. Planners for this year’s event are interested in broadening their advertising and marketing efforts to increase participation, sponsorship and fund-raising efforts, as well as provide an event to bring together the Putnam County community. The theme of this year’s event is “Hope Starts With Me”, a message that celebrates survivorship and provides hope to women fighting the battle against breast cancer. The event is scheduled for October 27 from 11 AM to 12 PM at the Hurricane Wave Pool Park in Hurricane, WV. Survivors of breast cancer and other types of cancer, as well as their caregivers and family members, are encouraged to attend. “We want to help the American Cancer Society make this the best year so far. Our goal is to not only meet their fund-raising goal for the event, but to also raise awareness as to how the disease specifically affects the Putnam County community,” Jason Hager, Media Makers Design Studio president, said. Media Makers Design Studio will assist the American Cancer Society with campaign planning, print collateral for the event, and television advertising. |
